PERSONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

Organisations do not change, people do. Our programme for Personal Leadership, uses brain science and wearable technology, to increase brain performance and personal leadership.
  • Learn how the brain functions and what impacts its performance and your behaviour.
  • Use wearable technology to objectively measure your stress and physical capacity.
  • Detect, develop and embed behaviours, that will improve your physical and mental performance and change competency.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

The Personal Leadership programme runs for three-months. The 2.5 hour workshop section is delivered onsite at your office. The rest of the programme is delivered online and on-demand to accommodate your busy schedule.

Measures your stress, sleep, rest and movement to obtain an accurate measurement of your stress and recovery balance. Data is automatically recorded. No need for self-report.

Receive a one-hour coaching session on how to improve your physical and mental capacity and change your habits accordingly.
